Part IV of my Fortress Festival diary: I panic through my first-ever live interview, barely survive, and descend straight into ritual chaos and fire-breathing black metal. Also, I walked home in socks. As one does.

A live EP full of goddess fury, distortion worship, and no clean edges. Avowal’s Lessons in Technical Difficulties is loud, raw, and beautifully unhinged.
